WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER FOR?

At SO Digital we will provide Scalextric Racing for any type of function ranging from kids/teenagers parties to coming of age parties, team building, communions, engagement parties, weddings, retirement parties, hen and stag nights, business events, charity events and fundraisers, the list is endless all you need to do is tell us what you want our services for and we will attend.

DO YOU OFFER VENUE SUPPORT?

Yes, if you are unsure you have enough space for your event, we can come and measure up, suggest amendments or alternatively we have access to a large marquee hire at an extremely favourable rate meaning we may be able to make use of gardens as well as indoor space. We also have various contacts local to our head office which we are able to hire on your behalf (additional charges will apply).

CAN I COME AND SEE YOUR BEFORE I MAKE A BOOKING?

Yes if you would like to come along and see our equipment and meet face to face then just let us know and we can arrange this for you. As with all our events and functions we also offer face to face client meetings beforehand so we can discuss requirements, plan track options or additional requests to ensure your function is as exciting as your first race.

DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT

Yes, at SO Digital Slot Racing a deposit is payable with all bookings as this confirms your booking with our company, your deposit can be paid via bank transfer, cheque or cash. The reason we take a deposit is peace of mind for both you the client and also us as a business, ensuring an agreement is in place that binds both parties to a specific date / time and paid agreement.

HOW LONG DO WE NEED TO SET UP?

Normally for most functions we will arrive at your venue 1 hour before function to set up equipment. Alternatively we will contact your venue as some may allow us entry during the day to set up equipment again when booking your venue you will normally receive this information which you can pass on to ourselves.

DO YOU PROVIDE A WRITTEN CONTRACT

Yes when your deposit is paid you will be emailed a copy of the invoice which details the deposit and final payment due, and we also provide a written contract which details agreed fee, deposit paid, start and finish times, venue location, and if you require any extra hours the agreed payable fee.
